Marc-André Aube
COO Pre-employment Solutions

Marc-André Aube joined the Garda team in June 2007 as Special Advisor to the CEO. One of his first mandates was to take part in the realignment of the entire physical security operation in Canada to profitably expand the business. He is now COO of the Canadian Physical Security business including the airport screening operations. Before joining Garda, Mr. Aube was Director of Corporate Debt at the Caisse de dépôt et de placement du Québec (CDPQ), where he managed a corporate debt portfolio of $1.2 billion and played an active role in business development. While employed at the CDPQ, Mr. Aubé negotiated the financing for several major international companies such as Bombardier,Transforce Livingston International and HCA. In addition, in early 2006, he arranged the financing for acquisitions conducted by Garda and also participated in financing the acquisition of the Maison des Futailles by Kruger. An outstanding speaker, Mr. Aube taught market share evaluation for MBA students at the École des Hautes Études Commerciales. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Aube worked as a corporate banker for Scotia Capital, where he developed and managed a portfolio evaluated at US$715 million. He also helped increase Scotia Capital's market share in Quebec by working on a number of major transactions including the financing of companies such as Dorel, Rona, Couche-Tard, Van Houtte, and Jean Coutu. Earlier in his career, Mr. Aube was Retail Operations Manager at Petro-Canada. He was in charge of 18 outlets, which generated annual revenues of $60 million. As a young, dynamic professional specializing inbusiness development, Mr. Aube is a valuable asset to the Garda team. Mr. Aube earned an MBA in finance from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal as well as the designation of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).

Nadine Lecomte
Vice President Pre-Employment & HR Solutions

Mrs. Lecomte has over 15 years of international experience in placement agency management, notably in the professional and technical fields. She holds a master's degree in Management Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Mrs. Lecomte worked in large international corporations as well as small and medium sized businesses before focusing on a career in Human Resources, primarily in business services. She found success working as a Professional and Technical Recruiting Director, as well as in business development. She advises her clients skillfully during position analysis and follows up to ensure successful integration. Moreover, her branch ranked first in terms of profit growth for several years thanks to a high client retention rate. Today, she is the Vice president of Garda's pre-employment screening services in Canada and manages the OHS consulting and recruiting services. In recent years she succeeded to bring aboard some of the largest companies in Canada, contributing to the growth of the division up to 30% each year. In her latest achievement, Nadine Lecomte has participated actively as the chairman of the Steering Committee to the creation of the NAPBS Canada Chapter (National Association of Professional Background Screeners) which represents the industry in Canada.

Daniel Fallows
National Director

Mr. Fallows is responsible for our overall operations and business development. He has been with Garda (through Keyfacts) since 1988 and has held a variety of supervisory and management positions within all areas of the company. He has been involved with projects on a National scale since 1998 and has been successful in attaining and exceeding all goals/objectives. Throughout his career, he has learned the necessary skills to add technical expertise to our Pre-Employment & HR Solutions division. These components, combined with his background in law, leadership and above average Customer Service provide Mr. Fallows the skills to effectively lead our Pre-employment Screening operation.

Patrick Dupuis
National manager, Consulting and Recruitment Services / Health and Safety at Work

Manager for Recruitment and Consulting Services for Health and Safety at Work. Patrick Dupuis has acquired more than 11 years of significant experience in Human Resources as Manager and Relationship Manager for Business Development before joining Garda.

With a diploma in Communications, he quickly scaled the career ladder within an international recruitment company and won the respect of his peers due to his solid reputation for customer service and retention. After several years in the business development division, he joined the management team as a Branch Manager and succeeded in getting the Montréal region Branches back on track for business retention and renewed profits. He is a passionate communicator, and his acute business sense, analytic prowess, and deep knowledge of the recruitment business make him the ideal partner to bring you personalized solutions for your business operations.
